Hi All, 

I have the unfortunate task of needing to sell many of my Mom's possessions, and do so in a hurry, as I'm moving... soon! Therefore, I'm willing to negotiate on all items, to push them out... quickly! I have ads in the newspapers, but also wanted to post here, as I still have MANY, MANY items, plus some of my own, to sell. 

Here's a summary of what's left: 

Entertainment unit: Large, beveled glass, cabinet unit, in 4 pieces. Lots of storage space! Holds a 32" TV inside, but can accommodate a larger unit on top. Asking $500.

2 Bedroom sets: 1) Large white laminate unit in 4 pieces, includes king size platform bed, surrounded by mirrored backboard, with 2 drawers behind head. Sides have 2 large cabinets and 6 drawers. Set includes long 6 drawer dresser. Includes mattress. Approx. 10 years old, and in great condition. Asking $500; 2) Queen size bedroom set, light neutral in color, with sort of a bamboo simulated veneer. Includes: bed-frame, mattress, headboard, 2 nightstands, 7 drawer dresser, and dresser mirror. Very good condition. Asking $300.

Couch set: Set of 2 very old, yet still comfortable, still presentable, beige cloth couches. Includes 3-seater, and love-seat. Has a few tears and a few stains. Ideal for a basement, or for kids to play on. A few slipcovers, and good as new! OK, maybe not. Just the same, $50/pair. 

Daybed: Twin size mattress (only a few years old), sits on wood slats and plywood. Very comfortable! Black wood. Has drawer that comes out of the bottom, for clothes, storage, or another mattress. Includes gray wool bedspread and 4 decorative pillows. Asking $200. 

Leather recliner: Not full size recliner, more like chair that reclines, and includes foot rest. Black. Very contemporary. $100. 

Stereo and computer components, TVs, and VCR: Old Marantz Receiver, Model 2230; Fisher Audio Component System (stereo, double cassette deck, radio); RCA VCR; Color TVs: JVC 27", RCA 27" ($125/each), Sylvania 19" (almost new, $100), Hitachi 13", $50. A few computers for parts, and a few monitors.

Bike: Women's Free Spirit Cross-Town bike, no speeds. Red. Good condition. BO.

Skies: Trak Nowax Asymmetric Skies and Shoes (Men's, size 9, I think), and Swix 135 cm pole set. BO

Freezer: Admiral. Approx. 5' tall, 15 y/o. Works perfectly. $75/obo

Additionally: Vintage Marble Table, $150., some artwork, trunk, a few end tables, vintage oak dresser, dishware (contemporary black, service for 8), a few lamps, lots of misc!!! 

Also, HVAC equipment: 11 Motors. 2 brand new in the box. They are: GE 3/4 HP, #6K563B, & GE 1 HP=$100/each. All others, neg; Ball & Mount Assembly Kit (bo); Ritchie Yellow Jacket Max-flow Premium Oil Pump, #77940--new in box (bo); Honeywell Tradeline High-Efficiency Electronic Air Cleaner, Model F50F 1065, duct mount, new in box, $200; HVACR Moonshine Kit, CPS UV650, new in box, $250;
