Hello,
 I have a bedroom in my three bedroom bungalow in Euclid, Ohio - a 15 minut=
e=20
drive from Case and CSU by freeway. Rent is $400/month including utilties.=
=20
Roommates share the phone and internet charges. I prefer a female roommate,=
=20
not too comfy with the men-folk in living quarters :). No pets please.=20
(well, I might be able to make an exception if you are really good at takin=
g=20
care of your pet, but there really isn't space for large animals)
 The house is cozy and inviting and includes an on site washer/dryer (new!)=
=20
and is completely furnished, including a bed, dresser and chair in each=20
bedroom. The bedroom available has a window into the fenced-in backyard and=
=20
a small closet space. It also has a large mirror and comes with a twin bed.=
=20
 There are currently two of us living in the home, we are both students at=
=20
Cleveland State University. I would love to have another student or artist=
=20
living in the house.=20
