POSITION OPENING

Marketing and Public Relations Associate

Cleveland Opera seeks enthusiastic team player to join the Northern 
Ohio’s most exciting arts company. Position works closely with the 
Associate Director of Marketing and responsibilities include daily 
tactical elements of marketing and public relations programs, 
publications production, maintaining and tracking departmental budgets, 
coordinating FOH activities, assisting in coordinating interviews and 
photo calls, department report preparation, market research, some 
administrative support and some writing.

/Qualifications:/

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, arts management or 
related field preferred. Desire to learn and love of the performing 
arts. Strong written, verbal, organizational and computer skills, as 
well as competence in the use of office, data based and desktop 
publishing software, and the ability to interact with a wide variety of 
people. Must be detail-oriented and professional in every respect,
