Meet Margaret Bourke-White at the Lorain Library; 351 Sixth Street; =
Lorain, Ohio on October 9 at 2p.m. This program is free and open to the =
public, but registration is required =97 call 440-244-1192X247.  This =
first-person character program features the Cleveland Photographer =
talking about her experiences on the war front as the first female =
accredited war correspondent. Alisa Riccardi will make her Eden Valley =
debut as Margaret.

In October, EVE Artistic Director, Bette Lou Higgins, will conduct a =
workshop for the Center for Lifelong Learning at Lorain County Community =
College with a WWII theme.  The class will include field trips to the =
"Produce For Victory Exhibit" at the Lorain Palace on October 5, the =
October 9 performance of MEET MARGARET BOURKE-WHITE and a workshop on =
storytelling on October 12.  For more information and to register, =

ORDINARY PEOPLE IN EXTRAORDINARY TIMES: STORIES FROM WORLD WAR II will =
be presented on October 5 at 7p.m. for the Avon Historical Society by =
Bette Lou Higgins.  Spotlighting some of the extraordinary people and =
events from WWII, this storytelling program will be at the Old Town =
Hall; Rt. 611 & Detroit Rd. in Avon.  This performance is Free and open =
to the public.=20

Bette Lou Higgins will conduct a storytelling class for the Center for =
Lifelong Learning at Lorain County Community College on Saturday, =
October 29 from 10a.m.-12p.m.  This class will be for families wanting =
to add a little spirit to the Halloween season.  Hear a few ghost =
stories, learn some research, writing, and presentation technique and =
try your hand at your own ghost story.  For more information and =
