Hi folks,

Lately I have been getting a lot of requests to help people  unsubscribe, or 
switch from digest to one-at-a-time.

So this is just a friendly reminder to the 4,400 subscribers that  neohiopal 
is self-serve.  That is what allows me to keep it a free  service.

There have also been a lot of posting errors, weak subject lines,  endless 
repeat postings, misspellings, etc.

So please take a few minutes and read the _NEohioPAL FAQS_ 
(http://www.fredsternfeld.com/faqs.htm)  so that you can  learn how to use the system, including 
how to unsubscribe, change your settings,  write a good subject line and go 
on hiatus when out of town.
