C-Town  Performing Arts presents "The Color Purple", a play based on the 
novel and  screen play, to benefit the victims of Hurricanes Katrina &  Rita.

The Performance will be at THE POWERHOUSE PUB  &CABARET,
located in The Powerhouse at Nautica, on Saturday October  15th.
Doors open at Noon and the performance will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.  
Cover is $ 5.00 per person with ALL proceeds from the door and cash bar,  going to 
Hurricane Relief - thru The American Red Cross National Disaster Relief  Fund.

C-Town Performing Arts is a theatrical group that was formed in the  fall of 
1993 with George Sledge and his son O.D. Sledge. Their plays are rich in  
history and realism presented WITHOUT any nudity or profanity. They write,  
direct, produce and stage plays designed for entertaining audiences of all  ages.
