<P><SPAN class=postbody>Lindy 1 and Jitterbug 1 on Mondays at Sunsational Studios in Lakewood at 18518 Detroit Ave. Lindy from 7-8:15 and Jitterbug from 8:30-9:45. Teachers will be Valerie and guests. <BR><BR>Bal Swing 101 and Extreme Balboa and Bal Swing on Tuesdays at the GHS downtown studio at 5340 Hamilton Ave, 2nd floor, suite 205, in Cleveland. Bal Swing from 7-8:15 and Extreme Bal from 8:30-9:45. Bal Swing is a nice class that will take you into the not-so-scary world of open position. Extreme Bal will give you tips on how to dance/lead/follow Bal better when the tempos get extreme (slow and fast). Teachers will be Greg and Mary Ann DeVries. <BR><BR>The Missing Lindy Link and Jitterbug with a Lindy Feeling on Wednesdays at Sunsational in Lakewood. Missing Link from 7-8:15 and Jitterbug from 8:30-9:45. The Missing Link class will be about moves that link Charleston to Lindy or the 
evolution of Charleston into Lindy. This class is for intermediate Lindy dancers. The Jitterbug class is about 6 count moves with Lindy qualities-such as stretch, momentum, movement, etc. This class is for intermediate level Jitterbug dancers. Teachers will be John Cover and Jen Hargatai. <BR><BR>The cost is: $50/person/class or $80/couple/class. <BR><BR>Remember that we also offer yoga at GHS on Mondays from 6:30-7:30 and Saturdays from 11:30-12:30.
