                This recent example of neglect of the
Arts is a prime example of why we need an arts
magazine/reader. Long has the the Arts section of the
PD been a wasteland to toss some article that doesn't
belong there. How much research on the Arts do they
actually conduct? Everyone knows they employ Tony
Brown the most open minded reviewer in the city. Why
don't some artists with business sense, initiative,
and maybe some backing get together and discuss the
option of publishing an Arts paper. Thanks
