STOCKER ARTS CENTER to host Regional Presenter/Artist workshops on Monday
December 5th
The Ohio Arts Council is holding a series of FREE regional workshops to
introduce resources available to presenters and performing artists. The
first one will be on Monday, December 5th, 2005 in the Cinema Hall of
Stocker Arts Center, on the campus of Lorain County Community College.
PRESENTERS WORKSHOP
The workshop for Presenters will run from 2 - 4 p.m. and will cover the
following topics:
. ArtsMidwest - Performing Arts Fund
. Ohio Arts Council - Applying for funds to present artists listed in the
Ohio Artists on Tour Directory
. Ohio Arts Presenters Network - Services offered for performing arts
presenters
PERFORMING ARTISTS WORKSHOP
The workshop for Performing Artists will run from 6 -8 p.m. and will cover
the following topics:
. ArtsMidwest - Performing Arts Fund
. Ohio Arts Council - How to become an artist listed in the Ohio Artists on
Tour Directory
. Ohio Arts Presenters Network - Services offered to performing artists
