Tell Them Dr. Ross Sent You!
Limited Time
--------------------------------------------------------------
Your host, Jimmy Fong, invites you to try some of the newest, most
interesting Chinese cuisine in Cleveland. With four master chefs from China and
New York City at the helm, you will experience cuisine in the traditions of
Hong Kong, Canton, Taiwan, and Shanghai. Described as Cleveland's own 'Iron
Chefs' these artists of the kitchen will lead you on a culinary expedition only
limited by your desire to be adventurous.
Some of the dishes you will find are:
Dim Sum from NYC Master Chef Kee Yick Chen, including a large variety of
vegetarian appetizers like Kung Pao Spinach. The carts are rolled past you to
tantalize your tastebuds, just like the Tea Houses in Hong Kong. You point to
your dish and they charge by the plate.
Fresh Flounder Dragon Ball and Seafood Birdnest from Shanghai Master Chef Mr.
Chou.
Deep Fried Crispy Duck Rolls & Pork with Tofu Skin from Master Barbecue Chef
Mr. Deng from Canton.
Noodle dishes like 'peanutty' Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce and stir fry
dishes from Master Chef Chi Lum from Taiwan.
This is the most vegetarian friendly Chinese restaurant that I've seen in
Cleveland.
Other dishes include Rainbow fish Slices, Lamb with Spicy Pepper, Pepper Salt
Spare Ribs, Fo Long Chicken Slices, Yu Shiang Eggplant Clay Pot, and Sizzling
Platter Beef Short Ribs.
They even have a complete bar and Karaoke!
Entertainment is planned to include authentic Chinese dance, musicians,
acrobats, and magicians.
V.I.P. Rooms available for private parties.
Being born and raised in New York City, I can tell you we used to line up
around the block in Chinatown in the dead of winter for food that wasn't as good
as this. Their Hot and Sour soup is to die for. HEY NEW YORK, FORGET ABOUT
IT! I'M BETTER OFF IN CLEVELAND!--Dr Neil Ross, former food critic for The
Healthy Referral Newspaper.
Open 10 AM 'til Midnight daily;
Dim Sum served from 10 AM to 3:30 PM
