The story opens with the residents of a poverty-stricken town, G=FCllen, =
awaiting the arrival of a wealthy woman and former resident, who is now =
a Billionheiress. Hoping she will provide financial support, the town =
prepares for a grand welcome. Upon her arrival she agrees to help the =
residents by giving the town a sum greater than they have ever imagined. =
But nothing in life comes free, and there is a condition: she wants the =
life of a villager who years ago caused her to be expelled from the town =
in disgrace. This absurd demand is followed by the gradual corruption of =
everyone. The predictable, ultimately occurs-he is murdered and the =
money is passed over to the town
