Huntington  Playhouse Announces 2006 Season=20

Huntington Playhouse  announced their 2006 season on the opening night of=20
their current production,  =E2=80=9CThe Best Christmas Pageant Ever=E2=80=
=9D.  Managing=20
Director, Tom Meyrose, said in his remarks that the 2006 season  will be the=
 theatre=E2=80=99s=20
47th season and will include the possibilities  of a world premier show, the=
=20
expansion of its children=E2=80=99s theatre program, and  some adjustments t=
o the=20
production schedule.=20
The theatre will open  on May 11,  2006, a week later than in  the past, wit=
h=20
the comedy =E2=80=9CNoises Off=E2=80=9D.  It will then do =E2=80=9CThe Fanta=
sticks=E2=80=9D, =E2=80=9CSweet Charity=E2=80=9D
, and =E2=80=9CMy Way- A  Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra=E2=80=9D.  These=20=
three musicals=20
will be followed by the comedy =E2=80=9CArt=E2=80=9D and Agatha  Christie=
=E2=80=99s =E2=80=9CThe Spider Web=E2=80=9D.=20
The season will  conclude with the possibility of a world premier play=20
adapted from a Dick  Feagler holiday column, =E2=80=9CChristmas at Aunt Ida=
=E2=80=99s=E2=80=9D.   =E2=80=9CWe=E2=80=99ve=20
been working with Feagler  for the past year on this project and are hopeful=
 we=E2=80=99
ll have a solid show to  produce for our patrons.=E2=80=9D  said  Meyrose.=20
They will also continue  their summer classes for children and expand their=20
fall program which was  initiated this past October.=20
Super Seven Flex Passes and gift certificates  are now on sale for the 2006=20
season.  The Flex Pass offers 7 admissions  for $95.00 and gift certificates=

for individuals are on sale for $17.00 per  admission. =20
