A HIP HOP AESOP is an adaptation of the ancient fables of Aesop in the form
of Three-Minute plays written in unforgettable hip hop rhythms and
accompanied by catchy musical numbers. The works stay true to the ancient
wisdom of Aesop, who used fables to point out our human foibles, as Jesus
would later use parables to teach his disciples. Aesop was a Greek-born
slave of Ethiopian ancestry, born deformed and unable to speak, until the
Priestess Isis, rewarding him for some deed he performed, miraculously
restored his speech. He lived 600 years before Christ.

For audition appointments for Friday, December 9th, please call 216-795-7070
ext. 242.
