broadcast on Wednesdays Jan. 18 and 25, 9-11 p.m.

The four hour miniseries stars Larry Nehring as George Washington,
spanning twenty years in his life. First as the twenty-year old hothead
who leads an ambush on a French camp, to the forty-year old Commander of
the Continental Forces fighting to establish a new nation. Twenty years
before the American Revolution, France and Britain clashed to gain
control of North America. But, it was the Native Americans who held the
balance of power. Witness George Washington's inauspicious start to his
military career.
