I hope the New Year finds everyone in good health, good spirits and good
company.
Much is afoot at Lucid Vision - and I thought I'd take a moment to update.
Custody, as always, is atop our current affairs. We've done many updates to
the site including different links of where the film is available -- thanks
entirely to Michelle LaBruyere our webmaster, and newest edition to LVE. On
the new website you will find an original score composed by Pamela Jean
Wachtel, a link to our new message board, several clips in WMV that offer different
character perspectives, opportunities for interactive participation that
include house parties where you can make money, and fun and games that include
chances to win merchandise and other valuable considerations. There is also a
form to join our mailing list where we will keep everyone better aware of
future auditions, internships and jobs. If you haven't been to the site recently
make sure to stop by and leave your computer speakers on. For anyone that has
yet to purchase a copy of the film - if you use the CustomFlix link and the
discount code 3KNZHBBJ you can purchase the film for a modest $14.99. This is
your chance to be an active participant in what is quickly becoming a
cult-classic family picture. (Try that genre on for size!)

(http://www.lucidvisionentertainment.com/custody.htm) Now, you are more than welcome to wait until the film comes available
in stores in April, but just like Napoleon Dynamite the price is sure to go
up and most likely any chance for you to profit will be over. If that's your
prerogative, God Bless you, but please don't tell your grandchildren about how
Ray Kroc sat in your living room in 1963 asking you to buy stock in his
newest hare-brain idea, McDonalds fast food, only for you to turn him away as
certifiably insane. I'm joking here folks, but I'm not.
For anyone going to be at Sundance, give us a holler - LVE will be in the
house and representing. Look forward to meeting up with old friends and meeting
new ones.
In other news - we will be officially transferring shop to LA in February of
this year. While portions of our enterprise will remain in the
Cleveland-Akron area and serve as a hub for music videos and training grounds for aspiring
talent, it will be much more cost effective to keep production central on
the West Coast. LA proper has recently become much more production friendly and
with Raging Gracefully on the horizon we intend to take full advantage of
the benefits. Please don't feel that we're turning our backs on Northeast Ohio,
I have many fond memories of this place and honestly adore the people that
I've been fortunate enough to work with. I will do everything in my power to
bring work back to the area when I can. You all deserve it.
That's enough rambling from me - again I wish you all a healthy and
prosperous New Year and hope that all of your dreams come true.
Best of days,
e
