University Circle Celebrates Martin Luther King, Jr. Day=20
Monday, January 16

FREE MLK Jr. Day activities include:

Cleveland Orchestra's "Day of Music" - Severance Hall presents "Day of =
Music" - a community open house.  Enjoy a variety of music, dance, and =
entertainment. The programming lineup includes ensembles from Cleveland =
Heights High School, Euclid High School, and St. Edward High School, =
Cleveland Orchestra musicians, music and dance ensembles, and a =
performance by Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra with Cleveland =
Orchestra violist Eliesha Nelson as soloist.  Noon-5pm.  =

Karamu Performing Arts Theatre - Music, dance, speeches, and "The Front =
Seat," a dramatic retelling of the true story of Rosa Parks first =
attempt to stand up to bus segregation in Alabama and how that protest =
gave her the courage twelve years later to sit down and spark the =
Montgomery bus boycott 11:30 am 2:15pm & 3:15pm  A& 3rd Annual =
Reenactment of the Civil Rights March,=20
