Professionals Help Hudson Players Recreate the Circus
Hudson Players to Present the Musical =93Barnum=94 in February

HUDSON, OH January 23, 2006  =96 The Hudson Players aren=92t clowning =
around
with their upcoming production of Barnum.  They have enlisted the help =
of a
practicing clown, Kent resident George Knotts.  Knotts has been clowning =
for
more than twenty years and is offering his experience to Barnum=92s =
cast.
Cast member, and Stow resident, Sara Shriver grew up in a clowning =
family.
Her father clowns professionally and performs frequently with the =
Shriners.
Through her father, the cast has been provided with numerous tools of =
the
circus trade and will be using them nightly as they perform this
family-friendly musical.
Barnum features great songs such as, =93Join the Circus,=94 =93A Sucker =
Born Every
Minute,=94 =93Thank God I=92m Old,=94 and =93I Like Your Style.=94  It =
is a family show
with cast members ranging from six to sixty.   Performances will be =
February
3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24 & 25. Show times are at 8:00 p.m., for Friday =
and
Saturday evenings in February with a matinee performance at 2:00 p.m., =
on
Sunday, February 19.  Ticket prices are $12.00 with discounts for senior
citizens, students and groups. Reservations can be made by calling
