Poets, vocalists, instrumentalists, and other entertainers (balloon 
artists, clowns) needed to perform at the Homeless Stand Down, February 
11th, 19th, and 20th, at downtown locations.  The Homeless Stand Down 
serves as a winter restock and service fair for homeless men, women, and 
children in a festive, relaxing environment out of the cold.  The event 
encourages commitment to preventing and ending homelessness through 
service, dialogue, and advocacy from both guests and volunteers.  For more
