Matthew James Murphy, who was an actor for three years in the Broadway show 
RENT, has been back in Cleveland the past 3 years developing young talent, as 
well as teaching guitar/piano lessons to beginners of all ages. Matthew 
currently teaches over 25 students a week and is starting to look for new students 
for the summer. Matthew is also available to teach students during the day, who 
may be home schooled and have time during the day.

Lessons are conducted at your home. Half hour/hour lessons available. Matthew 
teaches a non-classical/tradional style and focuses on the songs/style you 
want to learn. There is more of an emphasis on melody and expression than 
technique. Price of lesson is determined on how far the drive is to your home.

Matthew has also been developing/writing and performing with young talent in 
the area. Matthew, for the past year has been working with 15 yr. old Jami 
Ross www.Jamirossmusic.com  who is now in LA auditioning for Television and film.

Matthew is currently looking for young male performer (all genres) and a 
female artist (Country/R&B/ Adult Contemporary) to develop and possibly write for.
