Irish Music On The Radio On St. Patrick's Day!
As I have for the last seven years, I will again be hosting an Irish =
Music Marathon on Cleveland's premier college radio station:

WJCU-FM, 88.7 -=20
from 7:30 AM -midnight=20
on St. Patrick's Day: Friday, March 17.=20

Yes, 16.5 straight hours of the best Celtic music this side of Ireland! =
Everything from the Clancy Brothers, the Irish Rovers, Cathie Ryan, =
Brigid's Cross, the New Barleycorn, and Bing Crosby to Black 47, the =
Pogues, the Prodigals, and many, many others. In addition to the music, =
another concept that I stress all day is acting responsibly with alcohol =
on what unfortunately turns into amateur night for more than a few =
people.

This year we will also be live on the Internet at www.wjcu.org=20
So tell everyone who would appreciate a little taste of Ireland that =
they can find it on the radio & on the web that day.

Enjoy The Broadcast Even More By Becoming An Underwriter:=20
Since WJCU is the only radio station in northern Ohio that plays Celtic =
music all day, the audience, as usual will be significant. Many people =
look forward to this broadcast and keep the station on all day - as do =
many businesses.
WJCU is a non-commercial radio station licensed to John Carroll =
University; however, the station is allowed to accept underwriting =
messages. These informational messages about your business stop just =
short of being full commercials. I will work with you to create a =
message that meets both underwriting guidelines and your approval.

This year we are underwriting 2 hours of the show for $100. Larger =
blocks of time can be negotiated.

Please understand: all underwriting funds are turned over to WJCU to =
help them continue operations and remain a vibrant voice in local radio. =
We are currently wrapping up our annual fundraiser and this summer, we =
will install a new antenna that will triple our signal in northeast =
Ohio.=20

I am a station volunteer. I receive no compensation for the broadcast. =
