Hello we need some help with a special prop--

Weathervane Playhouse, a community theater located in Akron is in development 
with the authors, Chuck Keiper and Bonnie Jane Eavers on a new musical called 
--  

Streets of Home 
(a new musical about the 
American immigrant experience)

We will present the next version of this musical on April 3 & 4 at 7:30 pm on 
the Grace Hower Crawford mainstage at Weathervane Playhouse in Akron's 
Merriman valley.

We are in need of a special prop for this presentation, a STATUE OF LIBERTY 
-- 3 feet high would be perfect, but of course, we can adjust.

If anyone has one that we could borrow or knows where to purchase such a 
thing, inexpensively of course -- we would very much appreciate it!  Please either

Next on for the mainstage subscription is LEND ME A TENOR featuring the 
talents of Tom Stephan, Tim Champion, Henry Bishop, Linda Graske, Karen Wood, Scott 
Shriner, Melanie Korman and Amanda Davis. Nancy Cates directs Mary Kate 
Clancy, stage manager. Show begins previews March 22.  

Also, a new American musical THE STREETS OF HOME, written by Chuck Keiper and 
Bonnie Jane Eaver  (one of four plays in development in Weathervane's Salon 
Series) takes the mainstage for two special nights April 3 & 4 at 7:30 pm.

Also, SAVE THE DATE -- for a very special gala honoring an Akron Icon --- May 
12 at Greystone Hall. An "after work" gala event. Chaired by Lucy Randles and 
Virginia Sayre.
