[NEOPAL]band saw needed

I am looking for someone willing to let me use a band saw in order to cut 
rubber tire (no steel belts, just rubber) to replace the tread on my stilts 
and the stilts of a few other performers in the NEO area.  I am willing to 
purchase a replacement blade for the saw, if the owner is worried about 
possible damage to the current blade.

I have used a band saw previously and am not new to it--I just cannot afford 
to buy one right now.

Please, the safety of numerous stilt dancers is in your hands.
