Creating a 15-20 minute documentary.  I will shoot it (possibly rent a 
camera depending on equipment compatibility), transcribe, and produce a 
rough outline.  Keeping footage to a bare minimum.  A professional editor 
can take it from there.  I have some experience in cinematography and 
understand how to shoot for easier editing.   This is a bit time sensitive.
