Did you know that Dark Room participants have been completing and 
self-producing work at a rapid clip.  The Dark Room will be taking part in the Ingenuity 
Festival this summer.  Work read at the Dark Room will be considered for 
inclusion in the Dark Room Session at the Festival.  Details to follow, but we will 
be looking for work that has a technology theme or tie-in.

Join us this month in the Dark Room's winter quarters (for the last time 
until next year):  Orthodox, operated by Detroit Avenue Arts Association.

What:          An "open mic" for new short perfromance work
When:        Thursday, April 13, 2006 @ 8 pm 
Where:        Orthodox, the old church near Cleveland Public Theatre, 6203 
Detroit Avenue
Who:          Playwrights, poets, performers, musicians, and spectators 
welcome
How Much:  Suggested donation $5, $2 for CTC Members

How:         *  Arrive at 7:30 pm to sign up
                *  Sign up to perform 10 minute pieces--author must be 
present in the room
                *  Perform yourself, bring your own performers  or
                *  Bring enough copies for the number of actors needed + 
stage manager
                    and actors will be recruited from people present.
