I'm going away this summer between Memorial and Labor Day and I have a  beautiful, fully furnished one bedroom apartment to be subleted.   The rent is $485/mth + around $15 in utilities.  The landlords are  nice, the neighbors are great and all I ask is that you water my plants  and don't break anything.  Anyone interested can contact me  here.  I'm an artist, so I thought I'd offer it to other artists  first.
