Hi! We live in a duplex in Old Brooklyn, just off of Spring Road from the Jennings freeway.  It's about 5 min to Tremont, 8 to downtown, 15 to Lakewood.  We have a down apartment, 2 bedroom, for rent with hardwood floors in the bedrooms, linoleum in the kitchen, and beige carpet in the dining room and living room.  The kitchen and bathroom were completely redone a year ago and still look fabulous.  The house has a double front porch.  Heat and electric are not included.  Our monthly heat bill during the winter is usually around $42 a month, and electric around $25.  We're a pretty quiet couple that is looking for someone or a nice couple to take good care of our house.  We're in a decent, working-class neighborhood with a couple of public and private schools close by.  We're both working artists and would prefer someone from our artistic Cleveland community to take the apartment.
