Hi folks,

I've continued to let a few postings trickle through over the last  few days 
about the "dissolving" discussion because they weren't arrving  in 
overwhelming numbers.  Today, a second surge seems to have started  so I am informing 
them and any of you who want to continue to express your  opinions about this
