Service Technician - Cleveland office

A full-time technical position to service electrical and electronic =
equipment. Based in Cleveland office; regional travel required. Must own =
dependable transportation with good driving record. Responsibilities =
include servicing theater lighting and dimming equipment in field, bench =
repair, handling customer calls for parts, service, repair and assisting =
with equipment engineering for Project and Product sales.

3-5 years in electronic and electrical bench repair or previous business =
experience in a similar capacity is preferred, as well as a Bachelor of =
Arts in Technical Theatre or degree from a certified electronics school =
or its equivalent. Applicants with extensive professional component =
level troubleshooting and repair experience will also be considered. =
Knowledge of lighting systems and their proper application is desirable. =

Production Specialist - Cincinnati office

A full-time position to assist the Production Manager with the planning =
and execution of production work and to assist the Rental Shop Manager =
with equipment preparation and repair. This is a hands on, =
detail-oriented position! All of our employees interact with customers, =
so excellent customer service skills are a must. Two years practical =
experience with theatrical lighting, especially fixtures and portable =
dimming systems is required; basic rigging and carpentry skills are =
helpful. Touring or "road house" experience is also desirable. A valid =
driver's license and good driving record are required. A BA or BFA in =
