[NEohioPAL]Save the date! NEOPAL Picnic August 26

The Second Biennial NEOPAL Picnic is a go!  The event
is scheduled for Saturday, August 26, and like the one
two years ago, will be an all-day, all-evening affair
for the whole family, with food, entertainment and
games. 

I am chairing the event this year.   I need a few
things from everyone now (more later):

We're in the process of developing committees.  We
already have the names of a number of people who
responded to Fred's initial notice.  If anyone else is
interested in chairing a committee, or simply
volunteering in any capacity, please reply to this
message.  In particular, we're still looking for a
couple of people to head up Food and Beverage.

Theater producers and ADs.  We realize you can't
reorganize your seasons, but many people couldn't
attend last time either in the afternoon OR evening
due to rehearsals and performances.  Please avoid
scheduling rehearsals for that afternoon.

Finally, we'd like to get a rough idea of attendance. 
I'd like EVERYONE who may be attending to reply to
this message - but PLEASE CHANGE THE HEADER to "RSVP
NEOPAL Picnic".  All we need to know at this point is
who you are, how many people in your likely party, and
whether afternoon or evening (or both) is likely to be
better for you.  Your message could be as simple as
"Joe Blow, 3, evening".

All other suggestions and comments are of course
welcome as well.
