  Join Fefu and Her Friends on an incredible journey! 

    Cleveland Public Theatre needs 8 dynamic women to act as docents for Fefu and Her Friends, an Obie award-winning play about eight women who join together to change the world in 1935. Fefu and Her Friends explores the power, joy, and fragility of women's lives, and the beautiful struggle to find one’s way in the world. 

    Docents for the show would guide the audience as they follow the action of the play on-stage, back-stage, and into back rooms and hallways of the Gordon Square Theatre. Docents will need to know the show and the playing spaces well so we ask for a commitment of one night of rehearsal and 4-5 performance nights.

      Fefu and Her Friends by Maria Irene Fornes is adventurous, insightful, disturbing and fun. Come be a part of the show!
