The Dirty Shakespeare Company, founded by local theater artists Joshua =
Brown and Kelly Elliott, will be presenting "A Midsummer Night's Dream" =
in Northumberland, Pennsylvania, beginning this weekend.  The cast is as =

The show will be presented at the Splash Magic Campground & RV Resort.  =
The performances are 3:00 PM on Saturdays (June 24, July 1, July 8) and =
1:00 PM on Sundays (June 25, July 2, July 9).  Admission to the =
campground for the day is $5/person and includes use of the heated pool, =
splash park, hot tub, mini golf, arcade games, bumper boats, and of =
course, an excellent Shakespearean production.

The campground is located approximately 300 miles east of Cleveland, =
just off route I-80.  A day trip is entirely feasible, as this is about =
a 4.5 - 5 hour drive.  However, if you want to spend the night, there =
are some tent sites still available, and even a few cabins, depending on =

recommend making reservations as soon as possible, as the site is mostly =
sold out for the season already.

This production has been a fantastic experiment in rehearsal schedules.  =
The actors met exactly 4 times before last Sunday to do text work, and =
then moved to the campground on Sunday evening/Monday morning to spend =
the week and rehearse all day.  They have been doing a tremendous job, =
and we are hoping our Cleveland friends will brave the interstate to =
visit us, and share a few laughs at our expense.  Wait, that didn't come =
out right.  But you know what we mean.

To get to the campground:

Take I-80 E into Pennsylvania

Take exit 212-S to Route 147 (towards Milton)

Route 147 will end at a traffic light - turn left onto US 11 N

Follow 11 for about three miles, until you pass the UPS depot and Mohawk =
Door Factory.  Turn right on Shady Lane, just after Mohawk Door.  There =
is a very tall sign for the campground at the turn-off.

Follow the dragon footprints into the campground and proceed to the =
office.
