Project Administrator

Immediate opening for a full-time position to coordinate sold projects =
and assist the Outside Sales staff. Responsibilities include, but not =
limited to, providing overall management of projects from completion of =
sale through the punch list, order equipment, track delivery, coordinate =
weekly project department meetings, attend job-site meetings as needed, =
and answer technical questions.

Candidates must have two years related experience with similar =
responsibilities. Good administrative and customer skills as well as =
mathematical aptitude and the ability to monitor small details are =
essential. Must be flexible, self-guided, willing to learn and capable =
of making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of theatrical =
lighting, dimming and control as well as computer experience is =
required, including MS Word and Excel. Knowledge of AutoCAD is =
preferred. A college degree is a plus, but similar experience will be =
considered.

Rental Manager

August 2006 opening for a full-time position to handle rental orders and =
manage equipment and labor for the Rental and Production Department. =
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position. All of our employees =
interact with customers, so excellent customer service and =
organizational skills are a must.

Main priority will be handling customer rental orders. Other duties =
include, but aren't limited to, generating load lists and supporting =
documention for rental orders, tracking availability of rental and =
support equipment and coordinating sub-rentals as needed. Will also =
