There are just two more weekends to enjoy an evening at the beach with
convergence-continuum's area-premier production of ICARUS, a play by Edwin
Sanchez. convergence-continuum's performance space, the Liminis, has been
transformed into a secluded area of beach houses where a woman, her
brother and an eccentric dream seller set up camp. But a masked
stranger's arrival complicates their fantastic plan to swim out to touch
the setting sun.

"A fine production" "humane character studies also incorporate plenty of
off-center humor" -Linda Eisenstein, CoolCleveland

"wacky tragedy" "worth seeing" -Tony Brown, Plain Dealer

"a wonderful blend of the eccentric and the wise" -Roy Berko, Times
Newspapers

The ensemble cast features Jovana Batkovic, Lucy Bredeson-Smith, Geoffrey
Hoffman, Brin Metzendorf, and Artistic Director Clyde Simon. Caleb
Sekeres directs.

Icarus runs Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays through July 15 at the
Liminis, 2438 Scranton Rd. in Cleveland's historic Tremont neighborhood.
All performances begin at 8 pm. Tickets are $12 for general admission and
$9 for students and seniors. For information and reservations, call
216-687-0074 or visit us on the web at
