Cleveland, Ohio -- The Beck Center for the Arts is proud to introduce
Photographer Greg Terepka and his exhibit entitled Bold Intentions, on
display now through July 23, 2006.=20

                        Bold Intentions offers a look at something we
often see and yet, at the same time, do not always notice - an intimate
viewpoint of ten relatively common flowers to highlight their intense
depth of color, fine texture and remarkable lines from an uncommon
perspective. By focusing purely on form and color, these 40 photographs
present a level of detail that the eye alone cannot capture.

            Terepka started developing his skills as a photographer ten
years ago, shooting intimate landscapes, garden scenes and other various
organic elements.  Recently, the subjects he has been concentrating on
include architecture, flowers, macro photography, portraits, and urban
documentary.

            "Working with compositions, patterns and natural light while
focusing on subjects found in nature has sharpened my photographic eye
and helped me expand into increasingly diverse areas of artistic
interest," Terepka said.  "For me, photography is about capturing the
uncommon in the common, the overlooked beauty in the everyday as well as
object of splendor."

            Terepka's photographs have been published in Cleveland
Magazine, Ohio Magazine and many other Great Lakes Publishing custom
publications. He has had photographs on display at Gallery 324 and
Artist Review Today. His work has also appeared in three consecutive
Beyond the Printed Page gallery shows.=20

            The Bold Intentions exhibit is free and open to the public.
Exhibit hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
and Sunday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. through July 23.  The Beck
Center is located just ten minutes west of downtown Cleveland at 17801
