MICHAEL FEINSTEIN like you have never heard him, to perform with
CLEVELAND JAZZ ORCHESTRA
(CLEVELAND, OH) – Presented by local non-profit, Friends of Solon Center for the Arts, four-time GRAMMY® Nominee and Columbus, Ohio native, Michael Feinstein will headline a one show only musical event with Cleveland Jazz Orchestra (CJO) for a grand tour of "The Great American Songbook." This performance will be held at the Allen Theatre at Playhouse Square on Friday, September 15, 2006 at 8PM.
Tickets may be purchased at www.PlayhouseSquare.org , 216.241.6000, and 800.766.6048, beginning on August 1, 2006. Ticket prices will range from $25 - $70, making this family event affordable for the entire northern Ohio community.
This concert is part of the 2006 Arts in the Park Week developed and hosted by Solon Center for the Arts. The festival is an eight-day event starting with a gala opening on Saturday, September 9th culminating on Saturday, September 16th with a full afternoon of art, music, theater and dance at the Solon Community Park. Friends of Solon Center for the Arts’ mission is to support Solon Center for the Arts, which provides intellectual, cultural, educational and recreational services adding to the quality of life and serving the diversified needs of Solon and surrounding communities.
This is a SRO Entertainment production and will mark the third time that SRO Entertainment has brought Mr. Feinstein to the Cleveland market since 1998.
