The North Canton Playhouse PROUDLY PRESENTS Disney’s Aladdin Jr., This wonderful musical offers a fun-filled family activity for your family this summer. Disney’s resourceful young hero and wise-cracking genie come to life on stage in this special Broadway Junior adaptation of one of the most popular animated movies of all time! Bring all the kids and grandkids! Performances are August 4 – 27, 2006 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 2:30 pm. Tickets are: General Admission $12.00; Seniors and Students $11.00. The North Canton Playhouse, in conjunction with Cochran Productions, announce AUDITIONS for the Youth Theatre production of Enchanted Sleeping Beauty Tuesday, August 8th and Wednesday August 9th at 7:00 on both evenings. The auditions will be held at the North Canton Playhouse Mainstage (adjacent to Hoover High School 525 7th St. in North Canton). Ages 12 – 20 are invited to audition. Please come prepared to sing a short song (without accompaniment) and to read from the script. For more information call 330 494-1613. Show dates are October 13th through 29th, 2006.
Mark your calendars (palm pilots?) The North Canton Playhouse is offering a ONE NIGHT ONLY Dinner Theatre production of Run For Your Wife on Thursday, September 28th, 2006. This hilarious comedy is the story of a cabbie married to two women at the same time! Watch as this house of cards comes crashing down! A superb British farce! This production will be held at Fieldcrest Estate (historic Hoover Lodge) at 1346 Easthill St SE in North Canton. Dinner is at 7:00 with show at 8:00.
