Aurora Community Theater is now in the process of taking our ticket
management system on-line and we are trying to decide between
"homegrown" and existing packages. We would appreciate your feedback on
packages you have used, pitfalls, and costs. Specifically If you know of
a system that...

*       Can be configured to our house size (243 seats) for both
reserved and open seating

*       Allows on-line ordering as well as box office, phone and mail
while allowing online access for management

*      Provides online management of reservation, patron tracking, and
membership database for marketing

*      Allows purchase of individual as well as season tickets and
memberships

*       Is relatively inexpensive (I know that's the hard part!)

*       Allows us to utilize any credit card processor and / or
ticketing system (as opposed to being "captive" to one... we recently
used PayPal with some success)

We would also be interested in inquiries from folks who might be willing
to "share" development costs to have access to our system if we decide
to "build it"!
