The first show is "A Spider's Web" - a traditional "Agatha Christy"
British murder mystery and the only one she wrote with strong comedic
flavor. Very fun show. Production runs from mid Sept. to mid Oct. They
are still casting for at least four male roles. One late 20s early 30s -
handsome and in shape - Major role but non-lead. Two men 40s to 60s
(These are good "minor supporting" roles) and one early 50s on up to
fill a major/lead role. All must be able to sustain a believable British
accent. Last call auditions will be Tuesday, Aug. 29th - 7pm at the
Huntington Playhouse in Bay Village.

Interested parties should contact director John Hnat at
jjhnat at sbcglobal.net for further information or to arrange for alternate
audition times.

The second show is "The Spitfire Grill". A musical being produced at the
Clague Playhouse in Westlake. Production runs mid Oct. through mid Nov.
They are seeking a male "romantic" lead - late twenties to mid thirties,
(Handsome 'small town' Sheriff type) with a high "lyric tenor" vocal
range. The second role they are looking to fill is a strong supporting
role with a beautiful solo number as well. Mid thirties to late forties
- his vocal range is listed as 'baritone' - but the range slides up into
2nd tenor range for some high notes.

For more on these roles, contact director Don Irven at donirven at aol.com
.
