Voice Lessons are currently being given at the Geauga Lyric Theater Guild by
Chris Clark, available for all levels of students.  Lessons can include both
classical and musical theater literature.  Vocal lessons good for both the
beginning students looking to refine their voice and older singer looking to
improve their audition technique.  Please call (440) 286-2255 if interested.

Chris Clark received a Bachelor's in Music Education from Cleveland State
University in the Spring of 2004.  At college, Chris studied with  Eileen
Moore, and performed in everything from a renaissance group to a barbershop
quartet.  Upon graduation he taught choir and voice at Edgerton Local
Schools.  He currently is the Director of Vocal Music for Tinora High School
and directs the Chancel Choir at First Church Congregational in Painesville.
Chris is an active performer in the Cleveland area.  Some of the groups he
has performed with are the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus, The Blossom Festival
Chorus, The May Festival Chorus, The Cleveland Orchestra Youth Chorus, PAND,
the CSU Choral, and the EACC Chancel Choir.  Musical theater credits include
Sparky and Smudge in Forever Plaid, Jud Fry in Oklahoma, and Nathan Detroit
in Guys and Dolls.  Recently, he prepared the Contemporary Youth Orchestra
Chorus for concert with the rock band Styx, and also was the music director
for the musical "King and I" at Geauga Lyric Theater Guild..
