  Is it possible to send an e-mail message to the subscribers to offer them a 30% discount on any price level of tickets to the Michael Feinstein / Cleveland Jazz Orchestra concert this Friday, the 15th, at the Allen Theatre?
   
  If so, when they phone the box office, they need to mention that they are taking advantage of the SRO Entertainment 30% discount on Michael Feinstein tickets.  There will not be refunds for the people who have already purchased tickets.
   
  Let me know if it's possible.
