JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT

All roles are available including Joseph and the Narrator

(Akron, Ohio, September 18, 2006, FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE...) Weathervane =
Playhouse will hold AUDITIONS BY APPOINTMENT for JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING =
TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber, directed by =
Sarah Bailey with Margaret Knepper as musical director, Tuesday =
September 19 starting at 4 p.m. Additional auditions will be held on =
Thursday, September 21 between 4 - 7 p.m.

The 19 performances run November 24 thru December 17, 2006.

Rehearsal begin Sunday, September 24 at 4:30 p.m.

Auditions will be held at Weathervane Playhouse, 1301 Weathervane Lane, =
Akron,

In the Valley off Merriman Road.

Cast requirements: All roles are available including Joseph and the =
Narrator.

12 BOYS ages 13 - 18

12 GIRLS ages 13 - 18

8 to 10 BOYS/GIRLS ages 10 -13

2 MEN ages 30 and up

Please prepare 16 bars of music from a Broadway show (no longer than 1 =
minute). Please bring sheet music in the correct key. An accompanist =
will be provided.

Weathervane Playhouse is committed to non-traditional casting. Except in =
cases where race, gender, age or disability is essential to the play, =
all roles will be cast on the basis of talent. Weathervane Playhouse is =
a community theater. All performers in all productions are volunteers. =
