Production Specialist=20

A full-time position to assist the Production Manager with the planning =
and execution of production work and to assist the Rental Shop Manager =
with equipment preparation and repair. Responsibilities include, but =
aren't limited to, load-in, run and strike, deliveries, equipment =
maintenance and repair and maintaining service log and accompanying =

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position. All of our employees =
interact with clients, so excellent customer service skills are a must. =
A valid driver's license and good driving record are required. Two years =
practical experience with theatrical lighting, especially fixtures and =
portable dimming systems is required. Basic rigging and carpentry skills =
are helpful. Touring or "road house" experience is also desirable. A BA =
or BFA in theatre is preferred, but not required.

Assistant Rental Shop Manager=20
Cleveland, OH

A full-time position responsible for assisting the Shop Manager in =
expediting required operations. Responsibilities include, but aren't =
limited to, supervision of in-shop crews and assisting with training on =
rental equipment, accurate and timely pulling of rental orders, customer =
loading and unloading, truck and van loading, assist in deliveries, =
maintain rental shop equipment and accurate inventory. A full job =
