“Wines of Western Europe” Wine Tasting Event to
Benefit North Coast Men’s Chorus

CLEVELAND – As surely as the first chill of autumn
tingles your toes, Bacchus, the god of wine is calling
you.  Join supporters and members of the North Coast
Men’s Chorus at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30th
at Swingos On The Lake, 12900 Lake Avenue, Lakewood,
Ohio for “Wines of Western Europe,” the Chorus’ 3rd
Annual Wine Tasting benefit.  

With dazzling views of Lake Erie and the Cleveland
skyline as a backdrop, Swingos’ in-house sommelier
will transport your palates through a guided tasting
of wines from Spain, France, Germany and Italy
accompanied by specially selected hors d’oeuvres.  The
wine tasting, which runs from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., will
also include a first-time ever guided tour of Swingos’
acclaimed wine cellar.  With over 18,000 bottles on
hand – 1,800 different wines from 25 countries and
over 100 appellations – Swingos’ wine cellar has
garnered such awards as:

·	Wine Spectator Magazine “Best Award of Excellence –
1997-2005
·	Wine Enthusiast Award “Award of Ultimate
Distinction” - 2005
·	Sante Magazine Restaurant Wine & Spirits Hospitality
Number One Fine Dining Wine Program in the Midwest –
1999-2004

Robert Day, the NCMC’s principal accompanist, will
provide music for the event.  Additionally, Rich Cole,
the Chorus’ music director, will present a special
preview of the upcoming season and exciting plans for
the Chorus’ 20th anniversary season in 2007-2008.  

Reservations to this event are $40.00 per person and

20% discount on food items. Live jazz accompanies the
dining portion of this fine evening.The North Coast
Men’s Chorus is a 501c3, non-profit organization.  A
