Cleveland Public Theatre is currently hiring a Box Office Manager. The Box
Office Manager is responsible for operating and maintaining ticket sales and
box office procedures as well as patron relations for the organization.
Qualifications include experience and familiarity with Microsoft Excel
spreadsheets and Filemaker Pro (or similar database application). Box Office
Manager is required to maintain all reservations and ticket purchases,
generate daily, weekly and monthly box office and income reports and
maintain online ticket sales (no web programming experience necessary,
although it would be a bonus). This position could be filled by one or two
individuals depending on scheduling and hour needs.

General Box Office hours are:

Wednesday 2:00pm-6:00pm

Thursday - Saturday 2:00pm - 8:00pm

Sunday 12:00pm - 3:00pm
