Self-Defense Concepts

This is a Shotokan style with some Aiki concepts add to it.  Its origins lie
in the Goshin Ryu system, and it features traditional Shotokan power with
added soft entries, angular movement and joint locks.  We teach traditional
karate and take it to the next level by making it practical for
self-defense.
