saxophonist and advocate for women musicians for over 80 years. Her =20
remarkable music-making career -- from vaudeville to big bands, =20
radio, television & movies -- has broken countless barriers and =20
inspired generations of musicians. This new documentary by Jeannie =20
Pool, a Los Angeles-based music historian and composer, recounts her =20=
musical life via interviews, rare photos, and vintage film clips. =20
Pool will attend the screening and answer audience questions after =20
the movie.
