Computer Icon Steve Wozniak to Kick Off Series Sunday November 19

Three Live-via-Satellite Events Slated for 2006

The Mandel JCC, located at 26001 Woodland Road in Beachwood, will add
Cleveland to the growing list of cities across North America that
subscribe to Live from NY's 92nd Street Y(tm) series of lectures,
interviews and panels, which presents live, via satellite, illustrious
personalities from the fields of business, arts and culture,
entertainment and more.

Steve Wozniak, one of the prime architects of the computer age, will
lead off the series on Sunday November 19; followed by Mad Money host,
Jim Cramer on Sunday, December 10.  The 2006 Series will conclude with a
concert by multi-platinum international pop superstar, David Broza on
Christmas Eve. =20

To facilitate this exciting new programming, the JCC has installed
state-of-the-art satellite hook-up equipment that will project the
events on a giant 16' x 16' screen.  All events take place at the JCC's
Stonehill Auditorium located at 26001 South Woodland Rd in Beachwood.

single-handedly designing the world's first practical personal computer.
He is also a philanthropist with a particular interest in using
technology to ignite the fires of imagination in the classroom.
Wozniak, a legendary prankster, has recently compiled insider stories
about his role in the birth of the computer generation in his upcoming
book:  I Woz: How I Invented the Personal Computer and Had Fun Along the
Way.  He will be interviewed by Emmy-winning reporter, Robert Krulwich,
a frequent contributor to PBS's Nova.
