Huntington Playhouse is proud to present the world premier of "Christmas at
Aunt Ida's" written by Anne McEvoy and is based on a column by Plain Dealer
columnist, Dick Feagler. The production opens on Friday, November 24th and
plays through December 17th.
The time is December, 1945. The place is a home just a 14 minute trolley
ride from Public Square. The entire family is celebrating Christmas for the
very first time since the end of the war.The men are home, the women are
returning to the kitchen and the kids are thinking of Santa Claus.
The show is directed by Tom Meyrose and features a cast of 17 and includes

Performances are Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00 PM with two Sunday
matinee performances on Nov. 24th and Dec. 17th at 2:00 PM. A Thursday
performance has been added on Dec, 14th as well .
Reservations are strongly recommended and may be made by calling the box
office at 440-871-8333. Huntington Playhouse is located at 28601 Lake Road in
Bay Village and is an affiliate of the Cleveland Metroparks.
