Weekends on Waterloo Better Than Ever in Fifth Year
The Weekends on Waterloo Holiday Celebration in North Collinwood is better than ever this year, with a range of entertainment to suit all tastes and all ages. From good food and great music to art and collectables, there are lots of reasons to visit Cleveland's newest emerging arts district.
Enjoy the new beer and wine list at Fanny's, take in live accordion at the Slovenian Workmen's Home, sample award-winning cuisine at the Grovewood Tavern and top it off with unbeatable peach cobbler at Agape Cafe. Stop in for a little poetry at Immanuel's Second Saturday Coffee House, then catch the latest acts at the Beachland Ballroom. If you like the music you hear at Arts Collinwood Gallery's Holiday Sale, pick up the album at MUSIC SAVES. Check the website at www.artscollinwood.org for the latest information.
The Holiday Sale this year is an event in itself, with 33 of the area's top artists representing every medium from glass to pottery, clothing, jewelry, photography, painting and more. Shop for one-of-a-kind gifts and enjoy the unique ambience, with live music, beer, wine and hors d'oeuvres Friday evenings, complimentary cocoa, cookies and craft workshops for children Saturday afternoons. Fridays 5-11 Saturdays 11-5. Arts Collinwood Gallery is located at the corner of Waterloo Rd and E. 156th. Featured artists include:
