Arts in the Cathedral
2007 YOUNG ARTISTS' SHOWCASE
=20
Arts in the Cathedral is pleased to announce its 2007 Young Artists' =
Showcase. The purpose is to provide public recognition and encouragement =
for serious young musicians in northern Ohio. The Competition is open to =
instrumentalists in grades 10-12 whose permanent home is in northern =
Ohio and who have had at least 3.5 years of private study on their =
instrument.
Applicants are required to submit a completed Application, audition tape =
and other materials by December 30, 2006.=20

After an initial screening process, approved applicants will be invited =
to participate in live auditions on February 10, 2007 where the judges =
will select approximately 8 winners who will each perform one selection =
(5-6 minutes in length) on the Young Artists Showcase Recital to be held =
on Sunday, February 25 at 3:00 p.m.  Each winner will receive $150. =20
